Thank you, Henry Glass Company, for caring about your customers and encouraging us to share our creativity and love of quilts. I am working on four queen size quilts for family members who lost their homes in Paradise. Quality fabrics, such as those from Henry Glass, would make these quilts a lasting legacy that can be passed on in the families.

Day 12-17-18. So many fabrics mean so many fun projects that so many people can do. Still thinking little doll quilts and a quilt for little Olivia. Maybe some 15inch baby doll dresses as well. Wish I could find some free 15" soft body baby doll dress patterns online. Oh well, guess I'll have to buy a pattern, but still will be worth it to make little Olivia a happy little girl.

12-22-18 Lauralee Hensley here. Hope we are supposed to comment daily to enter, if not I keep disqualifying myself. Liked your article about upcycling fabric. I know a lot of people that do that nowadays. I did that once for some quilts I made in the past. I took material from some backs of shirts that were still in great quality though the fronts had work wear from my husband on the job and cute the still good backs to use in a couple quilts. I've taken good parts from old jeans and used them in making grocery bag totes as well. If I won some of your wonderful and beautiful fabrics believe me I would put them to good use. Still, want to make some doll clothes for a 15-inch soft body baby doll and a little quilt for little Olivia. Lauralee Hensley
