Sew Sweet Simplicity

Henry Glass designer Jacquelynne Steves is hosting a fabulous FREE block of the month giveaway.
The first block  for the FREE Sew Sweet Simplicity BOM will be released on October 27. There will be giveaways, blog hops, and lots of fun! The BOM will feature lots of different options- make a 4 block or 6 block quilt, use applique, embroidery, or just piecing to make your quilt- the choice is yours! The blocks in the bom feature flying geese units, so I've done a tutorial here on her blog for making flying geese units and making some "bonus" half-square triangle units too. Tutorial can be found here.

Readers can then use their flying geese units and "bonus" HSTs to make a Christmas quilt. The free pattern for this gorgeous holiday quilt can be downloaded here.
