Today we are featuring Anni Downs' fabric, 12 Days of Christmas in our giveaway. She has designed some simply adorable free projects to accompany the line.

Good luck!

My favorite gift is a table runner. I can practice FMQing and try a new technique, as well as have a great gift for someone.

Small quilts for TV watching and snuggling!

I love making little pillows to give to friends. I just ordered some balsam and will be making lots of pillows and small ornies, then stuff them with the balsam. That way my friends can enjoy the smell of Maine pine in their homes.

Every year I try to make a few Christmas stockings. Our local quilt guild donates them to a teen crisis center. We fill them with goodies we purchase from donations. Ani's fabrics are adorable!

I like making items for the kitchen for adults. Men usually will get aprons since they tend to need those for grilling. But for children, depending on their age, it might be a blanket, quilt, or a toy.

NOTE/HELP?: I am answering here on the blog as well as Facebook. The rules aren't clear as it says for those who don't have Facebook they can answer on the blog. But you then said one winner will be from Facebook and four others here from blog comments. Are we allowed to answer both places or one or the other? If only one place, I have posted to both today so one will not be a valid entry for me so I thought I'd ask for some clarification. Thank you.

Cherry stone heating pads get the biggest response--our 7 year old nephew adores his and goes to bed with it every night. Naturally, he'll be getting a new one this year in fabric reflecting his "maturing" tastes.

I have to say that I start making quilts for each of the grandchildren and now great grandchildren. I start by putting all the blocks together on things that I have learned from other bloggers and tutorials. This year I learned FMQ so I am going to try to give each one something with fmq on it. Thanks for asking.
