This summer I've filled in rainy days and evening with sewing and quilting. I've completed a couple of growth charts, sewn a wall hanging, done some extra quilting on my wool baskets and made quilted envelope pillows for my sister! On my list of to-do's is Kim Diehl's snowball quilt... Love her fabrics and designs!

It's been a busy summer with flooding here in central Kansas. I have completed a quilt for my daughter's graduation that has a quilt on both the front and back but right now I am working on a quilt to give to the neighbors who helped us evacuate the farm equipment when the flood invaded the sheds with 2 foot of stinking flood waters in the late night hours. God Bless them!

Before leaving for our trip I accomplished a lot of quilting, mainly EPP. I did complete 2 wallhangings. I also successfully organized a big family reunion which was a great success. All in all its been good, weather has been a little bearable this summer though, surprisingly. Thank you for the chance to win. I really like snow babies.
