My favorite holiday recipe would have to be for the chocolate fudge that my mom and grandmother made when I was growing up. I've now taught my daughter how to make it, and she gives it to her college friends as their Christmas gift. In fact, we give away a lot of fudge at Christmas. It's the one gift that we know everyone will enjoy.

During the holidays, I need super easy recipes in the weeks before hand because of the ridiculous schedule my hubby and I keep. So here's Chili for Dummies|
1 lb ground beef
1 lb sweet or hot sausage
1 large can diced tomatoes
2 16oz jars of salsa
1 can kidney or black beans (optional)
Taco seasoning to taste

Brown sausage and ground beef, add everything else and simmer for 15 minutes. Enjoy with shredded cheese and crushed corn tortillia chips on top
