Let's Get Quilting - 6 pc. bundle of Farm Life by Kate Mawdsley

Life on the farm has a unique charm. Red barns, silos, a lazy river nearby plus all the fun animals including cows, pigs, chickens, sheep are all represented here in this darling novelty collection by Kate Mawdsley. Kate is an international artist from England and Henry Glass is pleased to show her latest line of Farm Life, which starts shipping to your local quilt shop in December.

I have such fond memories of my childhood visits with my Grandparents and their farm. Even today, I feel my heart just fills with love whenever I pass a farm. My mind is spinning with making a toddler quilt with these sweet fabrics.

Being an Iowa native and having a farmer's son as my husband, this fabric fits right into what I'd love to sew with!

I often wish I could have grown up on a farm. I liked growing things in our back yard growing up. I grew tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers, onions, spearmint, even some corn one year. Yet we had no farm animals because it was against code in the city. Now as an adult we live out in a rural area, but where we live we can't have farm animals. I do grow some fruits and vegetables in our back yard, but in large pots as the ground where we live is horrible. Your fabric is fun and happy. I'd sure like to be the winner, but if I'm not the lucky one an early congratulations to whoever does win.

Love the fabrics. I was born on a farm, but being an Army brat I wasn't raised there. When we were state-side, we always spent as much time as we could on the farm. Thanks.
