Looking for the NEXT Challenger for September Desire to Inspire

Shelly Comiskey has created a bumblebee lover's dream and combined these sweet bees with hives, honeycombs and a perfect palette to create the "Sew Bee It" collection.

We are looking for a Challenger who would like to receive this great bunch of fabric and make some cute projects for our September Desire to Inspire challenge. We would like to select the Challenger on Friday morning, September 2. So comment on the blog to be considered.

1. YOU sign up below with your email or blog name to this post.

2. WE pick a winner.

3. YOU send us your address.

4. WE send you the "Sew Bee It" fabrics shown above.

5. YOU make something AWESOME within 3 weeks, with pictures and your story.

6. WE post it.

7. YOU keep it.

* We would like to have challengers show us they can do it. So while you don't need a blog, a profile with some quilt pictures (and a real name) helps. Enter by commenting with something you have done before. We will not post your emails, or links or anything on the site, it will remain private. We just want to get a flavor of how inspiration strikes you!

I am interior designer turned quilter and I create beautiful bags, totes and quilts! I am not real computer literate so posting a pic might not happen but I'll try. I recently created a Pack and Sew Tote using Henry Glass new Sewing themed fabrics. I sent the photo of the bag to your marketing folks. I'll be teaching a class on it. I revised a free pattern that was on the web to make it fat quarter friendly. I sew bags for a local quilt shop and teach classes. My bags are innovative and my use of fabrics in unique ways enhance them.
My blog is www.tealeafquilts.blogspot.com
All I can do is ask you to give me a try. I'm a Quilting Designer! And I sew and create beautifully! Carol Stearns

I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this fabric! I am inspired by bees! My daughter and I have been beekeepers for two years and have learned so much. Combining my love of bees with my 40+ years experience of quilting would be a dream come true! ❤️❤️

I would love to be considered! I blog at www. sliceofpiquilts.blogspot.com. I have been quilting for six years and am finishing my 70th quilt this weekend! I love to participate in challenges and always try new things - this seems to fit both! Thank you for the consideration! Laura Piland (Slice of Pi Quilts) - sliceofpilife@gmail.com

This fabric is wonderfully inspiring! I've designed a beehive zippered pouch that would be perfect in this! (http://www.inquiringquilter.com/questions/2016/6/19/lets-mis-bee-hive) And I've got other ideas in mind as well. I'd love to showcase this collection for you!

Here's my email, just in case: jennifer.fulton@inquiringquilter.com.
