Day Two: Strawberry Bears Giveaway

Today, little bears, lady bugs and strawberries grace the prints from the Strawberry Bears line by the late Kym Bowles. The sweet and lovely prints make you smile. You can see the entire range on the Henry Glass website.

Tell us what you would make with this range? Leave an answer here by midnight November 1, 2013 and we will draw a name. One lucky winner will win a bundle of Strawberry Bears! [Prints may vary.]

Good luck!

I would make a quilt to give to a child -- probably as a donation to a group that provides quilts to children in need. These cute prints would surely brighten a child's day.

The bear prints and some of the coordinates I'd use for a child's gift, maybe pillow cases and a crayon case or something like that. But the flowers prints I would want to use for a runner or something I could appreciate. What a sweet line.

Our quilting group makes quilts and other gifties to raise funds for our local rural emergency room every February. The Strawberry Bears would make some child very happy. I also have a picnic basket to donate to the auction and a picnic mat would go nicely, maybe with a strawberry pie! How wonderful that would be.

My son and his fiancée (and our 1 yr old Granddaughter) live here temporarily. They've been talking about getting her a little kitchen for Christmas. These fabrics would make a super cute little curtain for her kitchen (if they get one with a 'window') but also some little napkins and a tablecloth for this little table I have which she sits at all the time on her little stool. She keeps grabbing the canned cat food and lining it up on that little table or putting it into her little shopping bag I gave her. Maybe too a little pot holder and hot pad to match it all.

What adorable fabric! I can see making everything from items for a kitchen, to a quilt, to clothing for little girls. I could also see basket liners, curtains, and pillows. What a fun set of fabrics these would be to work with.
