Away in a Manger Collection
The "Away in the Manger" book
Favorite Christmas Memory
My favorite part of Christmas is spending time with family. As a
child, Christmas Eve was such a special time for us and that has continued with
my family. We attend Christmas Eve service, then go to our daughters’
house for appetizers (one being the Pickle Wrap Dip) and just spend time
together. As a child after the service, we used to drive around town and
see how people decorated their houses then go home and sing a few Christmas
carols. My parents didn’t have a lot, but it felt like we did. I
guess it’s not about what’s under the tree for us, it’s about the gift of Jesus
and our family…we are so incredibly blessed. From our family to yours,
wishing you a very Merry Christmas and Happy and Healthy New Year!!
