What will you make with this group?
No not really I'm English and grew up with some dreary days but I currently live in southern Arizona and the sun is shining and I'm back in shorts everyday is a gift live it to The fullest love the fabric
These are beautiful! I am in the process of putting together fat quarters for a wedding quilt. Needless to say I have changed my mind at least four times already. These would just be perfect for the quilt.
I live in the South where it is pretty warm so when it does turn cold I do get the mid-Winter blues. These fabrics are so pretty and would definitely chase away the blues. They would look really pretty in a quilt. Thank you for the giveaway.
love at first sight! just the bundle to make a throw to use in my new ride ... am now using a power wheelchair to run around in. would love to win this! thanx for the opportunity to do so.
What a gorgeous blue collection!! I absolutely get the mid-Winter blues. I have the perfect quilt that these would go into. Mixed with a lovely gold for the sun! Thanks!!
These batiks are gorgeous, what a great way to chase away the winter blues. The snow is melting and the days are starting to get longer, it will be spring before we know it.
I keep the winter blues away by quilting with beautiful fabrics like these! I have some green batiks I could probably combine with these for another quilt. Thanks for the giveaway.
Yes, depression gets worse in dark winter months. I'm grateful to live in a place that has defined seasons and variety of weather. Oh these batiks are amazing! reillyr2(at)hotmail(dot)com
Touch wood I don't get winter blues - I am usually always ready to sew something. I do, however, get fed up with getting one cold after the other during the winter season! Pauline perry94022 at hotmail dot com
When you live in the NorEast - you are here for the 4 seasons and appreciate each for it's own design on your creativity. These remind me of balmy beaches and watching baby sea turtles scurry for their first swim (that always amazes me).
Well, hello gorgeous bundle of blue batik!!! My favourite colour and fabric type!! I would make a dreamy quilt for our master bedroom!!! Fingers crossed🤞🏻
Don't get Winter Blues...don't love the cold & gray snowy days...but Spring comes eventually! :D Love the extra time to be inside & sewing/quilting, or baking! :)
These fabrics are GORGEOUS!!! Thank you for chance to win your Give-a-way! :D
I do get the winter blues. In fact I am one of those people that if I don't have lots of light, I become seriously depressed. Nothing I can do to help it. So lots of light and lots of sewing.
Winter blues, yes that's me. I should buy one of those lights. Instead I moved from Fla to NC. Now I think I need to move further South. Oh well I just keep sewing and hoping for Spring.
We don't get much sun in Seattle in winter, or any other time of the year for that matter, but that gives me the perfect excuse to stay indoors and sew.
This would be a great collection to use for a new lap quilt for my brother and SIL, who just moved and got a new blue couch. I do occasionally feel blue during the winter, but find a snow day, some hot chocolate and freshly baked cookies give me the motivation to get to my sewing room and have fun. Once I'm there, it's difficult to be blue (unless that's the color I'm working with). Thanks for the fun!
I don't really get the winter blues. Our winters in Virginia are usually pretty mild. The colors in this bundle are fabulous and would cheer up anyone who might be feeling blue.
I'd make something to remind me of our recent visit to Crater Lake National Park. The lake is sooooooo blue. Looking forward to seeing what the winner makes.!!
Winter doesn't bring me down much except if the roads are too bad to make it to my fitness classes -- I do notice a change in my mood if I don't get out to exercise and see friends in class. Working with beautiful fabrics can also enhance my mood.
I love playing in the snow with my six year old granddaughter, so I seldom get the midwinter blues. But if I did, you are right - this bundle would sure chase them away. I love batiks! Thanks for this awesome giveaway! pk_sews at yahoo dot com.
I get the mid winter blues sometimes. I try to wear bright colors and work with bright colors while I am crafting. These blues and greens batiks will brighten any day.
When the temperatures drop to -40° I am not happy, but otherwise I try to keep active with cross country skiing, snowshoeing and hiking to chase the blues away!!! Love this gorgeous bundle of batiks💙💚!!
What beautiful bundle of coolness. I am one who loves Winter. Really. I love snow also. But with that said, I do get somewhat restless in the Winter because of too many sunless days. I find myself wanting the sun to come out and visit more. But boots, coats and pretty gloves I love. :)
These are absolutely beautiful! I am playing with a design that would look stunning if I used these fabrics. The design has a bunch of triangles that cascade from dark to light. You never cease to amaze me with your fabrics. :-)
Oh my heart be still! I love batiks and greens and blues are the best. I would definitely make something for myself with these. Thanks for a great giveaway. Pick me, pick me, pick me!
The possibilities are endless. I have two quilt patterns that I want to make and they fat quarter friendly. This would no doubt be for me for a change.
