STRAWBERRY LEMON BARS Crust: Makes 12 bars
1 1/2 c flour
1/2 cup of powdered sugar
1/2 t salt
12 T butter, cut into 1/4″ cubes (1 1/2 sticks)
Filling:
1 c sliced strawberries+1/4 c sugar
4 eggs
1 c sugar
3 T flour
2/3 c lemon juice

ReplyDeleteOne of my family's favorite is Oreo Balls. Just crush the cookies mix in softened cream cheese, chill and form walnut size balls and dip in melted almond bark. Super easy.

ReplyDeleteMy favorite is making the turkey by starting it the night before in a roaster. I cove it with bacon to keep it moist. The next morning I take it out put it in the oven and fill it with cornbread stuffing. We always have ham and turkey for Christmas.

We always make Lasagna on holidays, It is our own creation but guest love it. It is a mix of traditional and veggie lasagna our secret is pepperoni.
