It's Monday! Words can not begin to share the excitement and energy of going to a Quilt Market. It is so great to see friends from around the world that you only get to see at market each year (or twice if you attend both spring and fall markets). The new fabrics are so stimulating and beautiful quilts just never seem to end. It would be great to just stay in the convention hall all night long and slowly poke through everyone's booth, and take as many pictures as you like just for inspiration!
But it goes so fast! There are so many things to see and so much ground to cover!
Due to all the marvelous inspiration at market, this week's giveaway bundle prize as a tribute to all of us sewers and quilters. This 7 pc. bundle is from a collection called My Sewing Room by Kathi Campbell that is shipping from Henry Glass into your local quilt shop in July.

I have never been to quilt festival anywhere. It would be awesome to be able to go. Lots of great pictures.
I have been able to attend quilt market in Houston two times when I worked for a quilt shop. Never got to stay for the festival.
I would love to go to the festival some time, maybe when I retire.

I generally go to Spring Market, I don't know if I'll be at Fall Market in Houston. Depends on whether I have projects to show. I love Market, the excitement and buzz are amazing. So much fun!

I haven't been to the Houston Quilt Festival but I would love to go one day. I did go a couple times when they had a similar thing in Cincinnati. That's been several years ago.
Enjoy yourselves as much as possible after setting up, I know it's hard to man a booth and get to see all of the other inspiration going on.
I absolutely would use this bundle in my own sewing room as it is the colors I decorated with.
Quilt number one is adorable would fit my wall perfectly.
Prayed for a safe journey there and back home.

I have gone to the the Houston Quilt Festival several times when I lived in Houston. I went to the 25th annual one; but, I am not sure if I will go again since we now live in San Antonio.
I have never been to quilt festival but I would love to go. I don't think it will work out for me though. The My Sewing Room bundle is so sweet.

No, I have never been to Texas, let alone Houston. The only major quilt show that I have been able to attend is HMQS in Sandy, UT (SLC). It is a lot of fun and I wish I could attend others.

I have not been to any of the larger quilt shows. I still consider myself new to the social quilting experience. I am loving looking at all of the beautiful photos and hearing about everyone else's experience at the show this last week. It makes me a little jealous. :)
